Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the rare instance that:

You receive an item in a size different from the one ordered, or

Your item arrives damaged upon delivery.
We are unable to accommodate returns for incorrect size selection, change of preference, or general dissatisfaction.
Incorrect Size Received
If you receive a size different from what was originally ordered, we will gladly arrange an exchange.
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

The item must remain unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original packaging must be retained.

Proof of purchase is required.

Clear photographs of the item received, including the size label and packaging, must be provided.
Once approved, our team will provide detailed instructions for the exchange process.
Damaged Upon Arrival
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim:

Clear photographs of the damage and packaging must be submitted.

The item must remain unused.
Upon review and approval, a replacement will be issued. If the item is no longer available, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
1999 is not liable for:

Shipping delays

Lost or stolen packages

Carrier-related delivery issues

Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
For shipping concerns, clients must contact the carrier directly.
Approval & Discretion
All exchange and damage claims are subject to review and approval.
